Singular ID is located at the new Biopolis science and technology complex, a short walk from Buona Vista station on the East/West Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) line.

By taxi / car - Travelling from the city, airport or west of the island, take the Ayer Raja Expressway (AYE) to the North Buona Vista Road exit and take the North Buona Vista road towards the Buona Vista MRT station and/or Holland Village.  After passing INSEAD and Portsdown Road on your right, take a right turn at the Ministry of Education.  For the subterranean car park, follow the road to the left of the Biopolis complex and look out for the parking signs.  For taxi drop off, take the road up to the hill on the right and pull into the drop-off zone adjacent to the Helios foyer.

By rail / bus - Alight from the MRT at Buona Vista station and use the overpass to cross the main road. Turn left as you exit the stairs, so as to walk past Phase Z.Ro industrial park on your left and then turn left at the corner with the Ministry of Education. Helios is the first building on the left as you climb the hill towards the Biopolis complex.

Numerous buses stop at the Buona Vista MRT station, including 200 from Holland Village / Pasir Panjang, 95 from NUH and NUS campus, and 92 from Science Park 1.
